This is to ratify an updated Constitution- bringing it into line with current legal requirments.
The constitution- with ammendments highlighted, can be viewed here.
Formal notice of meeting has been emailed to all 2024-25 and 2025-26 members. Only current members will be eligible to vote.

This short meeting will be followed by a working bee- to prepare the clubrooms for the coming season- and a few drinks. Members are invited to come to one or both.
