A strong start to the series from Team Kōtare at Epsom last weekend with 3 wins from their first 4 games to be sitting second or third in their section (Bowls Auckland currenlty have logged them with only 2 wins so it depends on the PD).

The squad head over to Bridge Park for the 3rd and 4th rounds on Sunday against Papatoetoe and Balmoral

The first Auckland Centre 1-5Y event for the coming season is now open for entries.
Qualifying on the 13th September and post section on the 14th.

For the new full members this is the ideal way to cut your teeth in Centre Events as you'll have clubmates alongside who have done this before. Lastly, you need to be a paid up full member of the club for the coming season before competing.

winter bowls
RNB members, in particular Junior (1-5Y) members, wanting to get some game time over the quiet winter months,
can team up with Chris Dewar, Richard Fuller or Sean Carroll to play in the Epsom Bowls Pairs
on Saturday afternoons during our off-season.

The format is 3-bowl pairs playing three games of seven ends. Epsom will provide bowls if necessary and all experience levels are invited. Just $5 per player, on site by 12.45, for draw.
